Individual floor plans for your needs

Our professionally created floor plans, in collaboration with our partners, are tailored to all needs. Do you have special requests? We would be happy to develop your very own personal floor plan with you. As long as your ideas comply with the Florida Building Codes, you will receive a unique design. Since 1995, we have created floor plans from 1,600 to 8,500 square feet and successfully implemented numerous customer projects.

Tailor-made concepts for every budget

Together with our partners, we develop the optimal concept for your budget. We take into account the location of the building site, the desired size of your dream home, the furnishings and the ideal outdoor area including a pool and garden. Do you own a property on the water? A jetty and a tiki hut are a must, of course.

Fixed price guarantee and reliable construction time

As soon as the perfect plot of land has been found, we offer you a fixed price guarantee for your construction project. Depending on the size of the project, the construction time is between six and twelve months. We are also at your side with the furnishing and, if you wish, we can take care of all the furnishing and purchasing so that your house can be rented out to satisfied holiday guests as quickly as possible.
