Terms of payment

1.	20 % down payment within 5 days after contract is signed by both parties (non refundeable)
2.	Security deposit 4 weeks before arrival
3.	Final Payment 60 days before arrival
4.	Security deposit returned 1 week after departure if there is no damage to the rental property
5.	Cancellation / Refund: Cancellation 60 days or less before arrival date 50% of the rent will be due. Cancellation within 30 days or less before arrival date, 100% of the final payment is due and will not be refunded. All cancellations must be confirmed in writing. We strongly recommend you buy vacation insurance to cover against unavoidable cancellation. Additionally, as a credit card holder, you should check whether it includes travel insurance.

Welcome to the Villa Moonlight - a place with individuality and charm, in the heart of Cape Coral, with Gulf access and the flair of Southern Florida. Although in a central location, the Villa Gulf Breeze is located in a nice and quiet American neighborhood, close to shopping and dining - the Golf course is just minutes away. This is truly the perfect place to relax and feel comfortable in a traditional Florida home.

With three bedrooms (featuring a king-size bed in the master bedroom and two queen-size beds in the other respective bedrooms), two newly remodeled bathrooms, various walk-in closets, a new built-in kitchen (equipped with all appliances and conveniences you might expect in a home-away-from-home) and about 1,600 sq. ft. of air-conditioned living space this home has much to offer. For your enjoyment there are three flat-screen TVs, two phones, a DVD player and two stereo systems - each with a hookup for your I-Pod.

From the dining and living room, as well as the master bedroom you, can enjoy the most gorgeous waterfront view you could possibly imagine. Through the large sliding-glass doors you can enjoy spectacular sunrises, which you will never forget. You will love the huge pool area with a solar-heated private pool, where you and your family can enjoy outdoor living all day long. Of course you will find all kinds of amenities like a gas grill for a delicious barbecue and patio furniture including a hammock. You can also relax in the large separate Jacuzzi.

You can go fishing or rent a boat for a tour of the surrounding islands. A private boat dock is available that allows access to the open water within 15 minutes. Make yourself at home and enjoy your stay in the Villa Gulf Breeze.
