Terms of payment

1.	20 % down payment within 5 days after contract is signed by both parties
2.	Security deposit 4 weeks before arrival
3.	Final Payment 60 days before arrival
4.	Security deposit returned 1 week after departure if there is no damage to the rental property

Our prices include water, local phone calls, internet and TV.

For electricity we charge 0,16 US$ KwH + Tax.

Description

In 2016, this beautiful villa was built in Cape Coral.

As soon as you enter the house, the view through the high sliding glass doors over the pool deck will overwhelm you with the sparkling water in the sun.

To the left of the entrance is a small office where you can read your emails in peace and quiet or even make a call without being disturbed. The large living room, which is very nice and tastefully decorated, with the adjacent high-quality kitchen and the dining room always give you a cozy feeling. Bright and light flooded these rooms are the whole day. On the left side of the house is the master bedroom with adjoining bathroom and direct access to the pool terrace. On the right side of the house you will find two guest bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. One of these bathrooms has access to the pool terrace, so that it can also be used as a pool. In addition, you will also find on the terrace an outdoor shower.

The gorgeous pool terrace with the very large pool, the Jacuzzi and the sunbed in the pool offer variety at any time of the day. Whether you are looking for a dip in the pool after a long day of sunbathing, enjoying one of Florida's wonderful sunsets in the Jacuzzi with a glass of champagne, or being convinced by the weather channel on the outdoor TV, Florida is always the right choice for your holiday Once again the Villa 1st Place will give you unforgettable moments, as well as a good BBQ in theperfect summer kitchen in the evening with beautiful music from the terrace terrace.

From the private jetty you can take beautiful boat trips in the Gulf of Mexico. We can help you book a suitable boat or kayak to explore the neighborhood from the water.
