Description
This charming house has been completely renovated. It impresses with its southern exposure with a wide view of the water, located in a well-established quiet neighborhood. You can reach the Gulf of Mexico easily and quickly by boat. We are happy to help you with your boat rental. If you are not busy visiting one of the many beautiful beaches in the area, or are traveling with the rental boat, you can relax by the pool or enjoy the separate salt water Jacuzzi, or the beautiful view of the water from the boat deck. Year-round the pool can be heated and can always be at the perfect temperature for you. The living room and the adjoining area are very nicely furnished. The new, well-equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired for the chefs among you. For grill lovers, there is a gas grill on the terrace that invites you to BBQ in the evening. The bedrooms are beautifully and comfortably furnished. The living room and all bedrooms are equipped with televisions and fast Internet access is of course also available. This house is nestled in a lovingly landscaped tropical garden. Your vacation in this villa will be unforgettable and unique.
